Female Urinary Incontinence

Urinary incontinence affects twice as many women as men, and some 1 in 4 women deal with urinary incontinence. Female reproductive events such as pregnancy, childbirth, and menopause can cause problems with the muscles and nerves that cause urinary incontinence. At New Life Physicians, we offer specialized treatment options to help reverse the effects of stress urinary incontinence.

IncontiLase®

IncontiLase® is a non-invasive laser therapy for the treatment of mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence, based on non-ablative photothermal stimulation of collagen neogenesis, shrinking and tightening of vaginal mucosa tissue and collagen-rich endopelvic fascia, and subsequently greater support to the bladder.

Scientific results from clinical studies show excellent improvement for mild and moderate stress urinary incontinence:

  • Almost 70% of patients are dry after 120 days.

  • 120 days after IncontiLase treatment 94% of patients reported improvement and 68% of all patients claimed to be free of stress urinary incontinence symptoms

ProlapLase®

Consider a nonsurgical alternative to address bladder prolapse concerns.

New Life Touch Incontinence

Like the standard New Life Touch PRP therapy this procedure utilizes the patients own platelet rich plasma (PRP) and injecting the PRP into the nerve centers of the vagina. This procedure is performed like the standard treatment however, an additional injection is administered to specifically address urinary incontinence concerns. When PRP is injected into the tissues, a process of generating new tissues begins in treatment area. This newly generated tissue within the walls of the vagina supports your bladder and urethra, reducing or eliminating stress incontinence with time. Experts believe that PRP treatment helps with overactive bladder by regenerating nerves that aid in proper bladder control.
